The Cutest Pink House Ever

Last month I stayed in the cutest pink house in Wimberley, Texas called the Pink Artsy at the Lazy Lavender Vacation Rentals. There are five total houses on the property, but this one was pink!

Walking inside there was an explosion of creativity. The first thing to grab my attention, well there were several things…the pink cabinets, the amazing wall mural, and the light fixtures.

It was overwhelming in a very good way. The kitchen spanned almost the entire wall of the main room with full size appliances, plenty of storage, and enough counter space to make any gourmet meal your heart desires.

And can we just talk about the pink cabinets paired with the brass door pulls and green backsplash?

There were pink shelves, plates, glasses, coffee maker, and toaster! I was loving every minute of this.

The pink cabinets blended with the amazing wallpaper mural created by my friend, Carrie Schmitt.

This mural was breathtaking. If you didn’t know, Carrie has an entire line of murals that you can check out by clicking here.

There’s a darling dining area with table and chairs where I did some work while there.

There were so many fun little details that added personality…like this rattan chair below.

In the opposite direction was a sitting area with a TV and plenty of space to relax. Notice all the natural light from the windows.

There was even a cute nook under the stairs where you can read, watch TV, or just take a nap.

This bird’s-eye view allows you to see the entire living space…it’s quite roomy.

Upstairs is another bedroom with a king sized bed and amazing views of both the downstairs and the backyard.

A cute desk where you can put on your makeup or get some work done!

The downstairs bathroom is equipped with enough pink to make you smile, double sinks, and a huge shower!

Every little detail was thought of to make my stay so enjoyable. And let me tell you how amazing the rain shower was!

The other bedroom was tucked downstairs next to the bath and had breathtaking views of the outside deck and backyard.

My favorite part of the backyard was the claw-footed tub located right off the bedroom. (Don’t worry, it had a privacy curtain.)

The backyard was nestled under a sea of trees with plenty of seating. We spent the late afternoons out there relaxing with a drink and a good book!

There was more seating on the deck with a table and chairs if you wanted to eat outside.

I could not have enjoyed myself more at the Pink Artsy! I’ve got a YouTube tour on this place that you can check out by clicking here.

And if you’re itching to stay here too, simply click here to book your stay. It’s only a 40 minute drive from Austin. It really is the happiest house in Wimberley, Texas!
